Wszyscy chcielibyśmy, aby nasze dzieci były zdrowe, szczęśliwe i mądre. Marzymy o różowej przyszłości dla nich i życzymy im, by miały w życiu jak najmniej problemów. Zatem, jeśli chcemy zapewnić dzieciom wspaniałą, świetlaną przyszłość – warto przekazać im wiedzę o korzystaniu z wyobraźni, o sile i potędze myśli i słów, o działaniu ludzkiego mózgu.

Warsztat Metody Silvy dla dzieci nauczy Twoje dziecko jak:

Dzieci dzięki tej metodzie mogą w pełni świadomie zacząć kreować swoje życie i mieć pełną kontrolę nad tym, co dzieje się w ich życiu. Dzięki technikom poznanym na warsztacie i używanym później w domu, wzrasta potencjał twórczy dziecka, możliwości zapamiętywania, następuje poprawienie ortografii, płynności czytania, rozwija się intuicja, a przede wszystkim zmienia się sposób myślenia z negatywnego na pozytywne, a co za tym idzie zmienia się również sposób działania na bardziej efektywny. Wynikiem tego są lepsze wyniki w nauce, sporcie, grze na instrumencie, a także polepszenie atmosfery w rodzinie i wśród przyjaciół.

Global Meditation 2015 from Dublin

A Compassionate World Starts With You!

Have you heard all the buzz about the 2nd Annual Global Meditation for Compassion? Deepak Chopra, Trevor Hall, and Gabrielle Bernstein are hosting the world’s largest synchronized meditation on July 11 at 9AM PACIFIC / 4 PM GMT.

Hundreds of groups will gather in nearly every country in the world to meditate over one common intention—COMPASSION. YAY! And we are going to do it from Dublin!

There is power in numbers and creating shared intentions. Coming together with a shared intention can have profound impacts on our lives, our communities, and our universe. No matter the size or scope of the group meditation or intention, the idea is to plant seeds—big or small—for a better world.

Whether you’re looking to practice the Silva tools, begin your Silva journey, activate your natural healing ability, awaken your intuitive senses or achieve your goals; this is the place for YOU!

Silva Method Club isn't only a place for Silva Graduates, this is a platform available for everyone who wants to be better and better every day in every way. This is a space which welcomes people who want to step back from the many pressures of their daily lives and environment, people who want to live their life to the fullest.

 Silva Method Club is the space for EVERYONE!

• Silva Method Club will be operating regularly from August 31st, Monday, 7pm-9pm always in last Monday of the month. In case of Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter, we are going to meet on last (working) Monday of each month.
• A small charge (€10.00 Silva Graduates, €15.00 others) is to be payable via paypal or bank account to cover a venue costs.
  
• Each Club meeting has its own ‘theme’.
• All participants have a chance to experience the guided relaxation/dynamic meditation.
• Silva Graduates have an opportunity to practise ‘Case Working’.
• It is a space for having discussions about relevant books, films, articles, etc.
  
• It is a platform for sharing our successes and challenges.
• It is a place for building a network of like minded people.
• Occasionally there would be an invited guest speaker.

1. Introduction- 'Seeing is believing - the power of visualization and imagination' - Kasia Ostasz, Certified Silva Method Instructor, Life & Mind Coach.

2. Guided relaxation/meditation for everyone.

3. Creation of your own vision board.

A vision board is typically a poster board on which you paste or collage images that you’ve torn out from various magazines. It’s simple. Really. If you don’t believe me, come to the Silva Club Meeting and create your own vision board with the support of my guidance. Creating the right vision board can help you unlock dreams, goals, and successes in your life.

You will need to bring with yourself (colorful magazines, glue, scissors, pinboard / A5 format size paper).
