Silva Method Club isn't only a place for Silva Graduates, this is a platform available for everyone who wants to be better and better every day in every way. This is a space which welcomes people who want to step back from the many pressures of their daily lives and environment, people who want to live their life to the fullest.

Silva Method Club is the space for EVERYONE!

• Silva Method Club will be operating regularly from August 31st, Monday, 7pm-9pm always in last Monday of the month. In case of Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter, we are going to meet on last (working) Monday of each month.
• A small charge (€10.00 Silva Graduates, €15.00 others) is to be payable via paypal or bank account to cover a venue costs.
  
• Each Club meeting has its own ‘theme’.
• All participants have a chance to experience the guided relaxation/dynamic meditation.
• Silva Graduates have an opportunity to practise ‘Case Working’.
• It is a space for having discussions about relevant books, films, articles, etc.
  
• It is a platform for sharing our successes and challenges.
• It is a place for building a network of like minded people.
• Occasionally there would be an invited guest speaker.

Theme: 'Awake the genius through the Silva Method'.

1. Lecture - 'Awake the genius through the Silva Method' - Kasia Ostasz, Certified Silva Method Instructor, Life & Mind Coach.

2. Guided relaxation for everyone.

3. Discussion about book 'The Silva Mind Control Method' by Jose Silva. Please read this book before the first club meeting. Email at info@silvamethod,ie and the PDF format of this book would be sent to you via email.

4. 'Case Working' by Silva Graduates. Case Working Scripts will be provided.
