 Dr. Alma D. Quinones-Prone is a Transpersonal Psychologist and Certified Silva Method and Silva Ultramind ESP system instructor. She is a passionate teacher with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a genuine desire to guide others to reach their fullest potential and realise all of their dreams by embracing their innate sense of personal power and genius.
Dr. Alma holds degrees in Transpersonal Psychology, Energy Medicine, and Law. She is trained in various healing modalities including hypnotherapy and EFT and has been successfully applying the Silva Method principles in her work and all aspects of her life.
Dr. Alma is Executive Director of OptimumPerformance, an Irish-based organisation that offers scientifically based programmes designed to improve individual and team performance in the workplace.
Dr. Alma offers the Silva Method Programme and Ultramind ESP System to adults and children in both English and in Spanish. She teaches in central Dublin and the greater Dublin area, Puerto Rico, and throughout the USA.
Dr. Denis Prone is a Transpersonal Psychologist and Researcher. He has published research on the impact of meditation and guided visualisation on people living with chronic illness and has participated in a major research project sponsored by the National Institute of Health in Washington D.C. investigating the efficacy of distant healing on people living with HIV/AIDS. He brings his extensive knowledge in the field of distant healing, parapsychology, dreamwork, and the mind-body-spirit connection to the programme.
Dr. Prone has a doctorate degree in Transpersonal Psychology as well as 25 years experience as an international finance executive. He recently returned to his native Dublin where he established and is Managing Director of OptimumPerformance.
