During the 2-day training, we will use the Long Relaxation Exercise with a more specific purpose of deepening your ability to enter deeper states of relaxation with focused awareness and ease while establishing points of reference in the human kingdom. We use the Alpha and Theta sound during all of the exercises.
In addition, we use the Projection exercises introduced in the fourth segments of the Silva Method programme to reinforce points of reference in the different kingdoms and enhance your ESP abilities.
You have the opportunity to direct healing energy at a distance by working at least 10 health cases.
We introduce the Mental Video Technique and the Three Scenes Technique -2 Powerful Techniques that you can use to detect and obtain information from Higher Intelligence that you can use to make better decisions. You learn how to use that guidance and put it to work for you in areas of health, business, relationship, and in identifying your mission in life.
We take you through a series of exercises in Psychometry where you learn how to use thought transference to help in the development of your ESP abilities.
